Tula Labs LLC, doing business as Made by Tula, is responsible for the information covered by this Website Privacy Policy. It applies when you visit madebytula.com or contact us about the website or our products.

Information we collect
When you email us, we receive your email address and anything you choose to include so we can respond. Cloudflare, our website host and security provider, also processes ordinary network and security information needed to deliver and protect the site. That can include your IP address, browser and device information, requested page, request time, and security signals.
Why we use information
We use this information to deliver and secure the website, diagnose reliability problems, prevent abuse, respond to your message, and comply with law. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Cookies and tracking
The website does not use analytics, advertising pixels, account sign-in, contact forms, or nonessential cookies. We do not track you across other companies' websites or apps. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security mechanisms to protect and deliver the site.

Send a written complaint to help@madebytula.com with enough detail for us to investigate. We will acknowledge it and aim to provide a substantive response within 30 days. If you are in Australia and remain dissatisfied after giving us a reasonable opportunity to respond, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. Other local privacy authorities may also be available.
